Testing DEZZIV brakes
This week we also received a report from the Japan Assistive Product Evaluation Center, where they also passed the endurance and functional test of our DEVICE brakes. The test was run for six days continuously. Even in this testing, our DEZZIV brakes passed all tests positively.
Congratulations DEZZIV Team!
Testing at MEYRA
Testing of our DEZZIV brakes was carried out by the German Wheelchair manufacturer MEYRA. Testing was performed on both of our models, Top and Classic. Our models Top and Classic brakes had undergone all the tests. The ISO standard specifies that the brake must withstand a minimum of 60000 cykles. Testing was stopped at 250000 at Top model and 370000 cycles in the Classic model. The final test report for both brake models is as folows:
Even after 250000 (Top) and 370000 (Classic) cycles have been tested, the DEZZIV brake is still fully functional.
The DEZZIV company is very proud of the results of testing, and thus even more confidenly entering the global market.
We invite you to visit us at REHAB 2019, between 16 and 18 May 2019, in Hall 2, Stand-i35. At our stand we will present in detail our comprehensive Brake & Go Climbing helper Top and Climbing helper Classic wheelchair brake, which you will be able to test yourself.
We will also present to you our latest innovations, Climbing helper PU (Brake for PU tire), Climbing helper Off Road and our brand new wheelchair accessory, the Speed limiter, which you will also be able to test. This is a speed limiter that automatically reduces the constant speed of the wheelchair when it is going down the slope, without further braking.
We look forward to seeing you,
During the fair REHAB 2019, we offer a 15% discount for all orders!
Testing Break & Go from the Handbike manufacturer in Germany
Break & Go was also tested at the German manufacturer of Handbike drive wheelchairs. Break & Go proved to be a very good solution in case a slip drive slides on a steep slope. Break & Go then automatically stops the wheelchair and automatically prevents the wheelchair from moving back.
Break & Go is a great solution for all Handbike drives and all wheelchairs motor drive.
DEZZIV Break & Go is presented at the ORTO Fair in Madrid.
In October, our Break & Go was also very successful at the ORTO fair in Madrid, Spain. The originality and uniqueness of the idea and the solution itself have been confirmed over and over again.
We are looking for business partners to distribute DEZZIV Break & Go climbing helper for the global market !

New version of DEZZIV Break & Go climbing helper - DEZZIV Classic
Developmentally, we have managed to develop a cheaper version of the DEZZIV Break & Go climbing helper, called DEZZIV - Classic and it joins already existing DEZZIV - Standard and DEZZIV - Top. DEZZIV Classic will perform the same functions as the other two, but it is cheaper version and developed mainly from the lower sales price. The first photos of the DEZZIV Classic brakes can be viewed in the gallery.
